Guests can now enjoy delicious dishes and beverages at Hāna Burger, which uses ingredients harvested directly from the Ranch’s organic farm. The food truck, which is a sister operation to Hāna Ranch Provisions located in Pā‘ia, is led by chef Jon Watson. Watson brings both culinary and farming experience to Hāna Ranch as he previously served as head chef of Bi-Rite Market in San Francisco, California and as a farmer at Love Apple Farm in Santa Cruz, California, where he grew over 300 types of plants featured on the menu of two-star Michelin restaurant, Manresa.
Current menu items include a fresh fish sandwich, farm salads, the signature Hāna Burger with grilled grass-finished beef, house-made pickles and taro chips, refreshing fresh fruit smoothies and more. All items are grab-and-go and can be enjoyed at the picnic tables with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to great food and drink, Hāna Ranch offers fresh seasonal produce and merchandise at the Farm Stand for visitors.
The Hāna Burger is open Monday – Friday from 11am to 3pm and is located at Hāna Ranch, 5670 Hāna Highway.
